2. Platform Use & Cross-Platform Purchases

Evolve With Jesus LLC operates across multiple online platforms and systems to deliver its products and services, including but not limited to Shopify and Kajabi.

As part of your experience, you may encounter products or services displayed on one platform that are fulfilled, delivered, or completed on another platform.

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You may be redirected between platforms operated by or used by the Company in order to complete purchases or access products and services
• All purchases are made with Evolve With Jesus LLC regardless of the platform used
• All purchases are governed by these Terms and related policies
• The platform used to complete a transaction does not alter your agreement with the Company

Coaching Services

All coaching services are non-refundable.

Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited without refund.

8. Digital Products

All digital products are licensed, not sold.

Due to the custom nature of these products:

• Orders cannot usually be modified after production begins

No Fiduciary or Professional Relationship

Participation in coaching services does not create:

• A therapist-client relationship
• A counselor-client relationship
• A fiduciary relationship
• A medical provider relationship
• A legal advisor relationship
• A financial advisor relationship

Assumption of Risk

By participating in coaching services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation.

You acknowledge that:

• No specific outcomes are guaranteed
• You are solely responsible for your actions, decisions, and results
• You are responsible for seeking licensed professional support where appropriate

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Evolve With Jesus LLC from liability arising from decisions or actions taken based on coaching services or related content.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate coaching services at our discretion.

11. Community & Conduct Rules

We may provide access to communities, memberships, discussion areas, or interactive features.

You agree to:

Your use of third-party services may also be governed by those providers’ terms and policies.

15. Product, Platform & Content Changes

We reserve the right to modify, update, replace, discontinue, restructure, or remove any aspect of the Services at any time, including:

• Coaching programs

• Platform functionality

No Reliance

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to:

• Recover costs, fees, chargeback penalties, collection expenses, and reasonable attorneys’ fees associated with the dispute

If you believe content available through the Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice including:

This includes disruptions involving Shopify, Kajabi, Stripe, Printful, ShineOn, hosting providers, or similar third-party systems.

22. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or purchases from Evolve With Jesus LLC shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal good-faith negotiations.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its applicable consumer arbitration rules.

Arbitration shall take place in Virginia unless otherwise required by law.

By agreeing to arbitration, you waive:

• The right to sue in court
• The right to a jury trial
• The right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings

Disputes must be brought individually.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief related to intellectual property rights, unauthorized access, piracy, fraud, or misuse of the Services.

If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.
