2. General No-Refund Policy

All sales made by Evolve With Jesus LLC are final unless otherwise expressly stated in this Policy.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations except in the limited circumstances specifically outlined below.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

All Sales Are Final

All purchases of digital products are final.

Due to the immediate access provided to digital content, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once access has been granted.

Immediate Access & Waiver

By purchasing digital products, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Access may be granted immediately after purchase
  • You waive any applicable right to cancel or withdraw once access has been granted, to the fullest extent permitted by law

No Refunds For

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction with content
  • Failure to complete or use the product

  • User error
  • Device incompatibility
  • Technical issues outside our control
  • Lack of platform familiarity

Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for:

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with access issues. However, inability to access due to user-side issues does not qualify for a refund.

4. Physical Products (Print-on-Demand)

We offer physical products including apparel, jewelry, accessories, and custom or made-to-order products fulfilled through third-party providers including Printful and ShineOn.

Made-to-Order Production

All physical products are made to order.

Production often begins shortly after purchase. As a result:

  • Orders usually cannot be modified after submission
  • Cancellation requests are not guaranteed
  • Personalized products cannot typically be changed once production begins

No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns
  • We do not offer exchanges
  • We do not provide refunds for customer-related reasons

This includes:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Change of mind
  • Customer ordering mistakes
  • Incorrect personalization submitted by the customer

Customers are responsible for reviewing:

  • Product descriptions
  • Shipping details
  • Personalization information
  • Order accuracy before checkout

Product Variations

Minor variations may occur due to the production process, including:

  • Color differences caused by screen settings
  • Slight print placement variations
  • Minor finish or material differences

These variations are normal and do not constitute defects.

Shipping Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Customs delays
  • Lost or stolen packages after carrier transfer
  • Additional shipping fees for reshipment

5. Coaching Services

Coaching services may include:

  • One-on-one coaching
  • Group coaching
  • Mentorship programs
  • Community-based coaching
  • Personal development services

All Sales Are Final

All coaching services are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction
  • Failure to attend sessions
  • Perceived lack of results
  • Failure to implement coaching guidance

Scheduling & Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Requests submitted with less than 24 hours’ notice may be denied
  • Missed sessions may be forfeited
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions

We reserve the right to limit excessive rescheduling.

No Guarantee of Results

Coaching services are provided for educational, informational, spiritual, and personal development purposes only.

Results vary by individual.

We do not guarantee:

  • Personal transformation
  • Emotional outcomes
  • Spiritual outcomes
  • Financial results
  • Business success
  • Relationship outcomes

Dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for a refund.

6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Limited remedies may be available for physical products that:

  • Arrive damaged
  • Are defective
  • Are materially incorrect due to our error

Eligibility Requirements

To request review, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Your request must include:

  • Clear photographs of the item
  • Photographs of packaging if applicable

Failure to provide requested information may result in denial of the request.

Resolution Options

If approved, we may provide one of the following remedies at our sole discretion:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Store credit where permitted

We are not obligated to provide both a replacement and refund.

Non-Eligible Issues

This section does not apply to:

  • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
  • Customer ordering mistakes
  • Personalization errors submitted by the customer
  • Minor production variations
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Shipping delays outside our control

7. European Union & United Kingdom Customers

Customers located in the European Union (“EU”) or United Kingdom (“UK”) may have additional statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Right of Withdrawal

Certain EU and UK consumers may have the right to withdraw from qualifying purchases within 14 days.

Exceptions

Under applicable consumer protection laws, withdrawal rights generally do not apply to:

  • Made-to-order products
  • Personalized products
  • Custom goods
  • Digital content delivered immediately with consent

Because many of our products are customized, made-to-order, or digitally delivered immediately, most purchases are exempt from withdrawal rights.

Digital Products

By purchasing digital products and receiving immediate access, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive any applicable statutory withdrawal rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from Evolve With Jesus LLC, you agree to contact us before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

Agreement to Policy

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted this Policy.

You agree not to initiate disputes for reasons consistent with:

  • Policies disclosed before purchase

Evidence Submission

We reserve the right to dispute improper chargebacks by submitting evidence including:

Consequences of Improper Chargebacks

Collections & Recovery

9. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued only in limited circumstances expressly outlined in this Policy.

Approval Requirement

All refund requests are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

We do not issue refunds through alternative payment methods.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within approximately 10 business days after approval.

10. Order Cancellations

Due to the nature of our products and services, cancellations are limited and not guaranteed.

Physical Products

Production for made-to-order products often begins shortly after purchase.

As a result:

  • Cancellation requests may not be possible
  • Orders cannot usually be canceled once production begins

Digital Products

Digital product purchases cannot be canceled once access has been granted.

Coaching Services

Coaching purchases cannot be canceled after purchase, though sessions may be rescheduled in accordance with this Policy.

We reserve the right to deny cancellation requests at our sole discretion.

11. Force Majeure

Evolve With Jesus LLC shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Severe weather
  • Internet outages
  • Cyberattacks
  • Government actions
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Platform outages
  • Payment processor failures
  • Telecommunications failures
  • Third-party provider disruptions

This includes disruptions involving Shopify, Kajabi, Stripe, Printful, ShineOn, hosting providers, fulfillment providers, or similar systems.

12. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.

In the event of any conflict between this Policy and our Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall control.
